We charge you for this matter to come and just check your problems and as the problem is found it is easy to solve it! On the other hand we do pay for the software lisences that we use to find your problems and as every one else does, we have to pay for our bills too! So please do not request for impossible mission from us when you know the answer is NO!

Prices & Packages
Are these packages included with the re-installing of operating systems like Windows?
Just the yearly plans (Full & Medium plan) are having these advantages, but also for those plans you need to purchase the operating system's DVD or the CD yourself
Can you fix couple of issues in one time if we buy the SMALL PLAN?
No, the Small plan is just to fix one issue in one session, but if you desire to fix couple of issues you may use SMART PLAN
Is the Smart Plan time limited? Does it expire?
The Smart Plan is to solve up to 10 issues and is not time limited.
Does the Medium Plan cover all computers at work and at home?
No, The Medium Plan is lisenced to ONE computer and if you have more computers or devices or phones you may apply for Full Plan
Does the Full Plan cover computers in different countries, because I have two brothers and every one of my brothers has a PC and we live in different countries! Can we use the Full plan and save some money instead of buying Medium Plan for each?
Yes, it is possible if you and your families or friends want to save some money and use a Full Plan together.
Does the SMART Plan cover computers in different countries?
Yes, as far as you have up to 10 times support and it doesn't matter where, using the Smart Plan would be a wise choise.
Payments
Can you solve this issue today and we pay you tomorrow?

There is an old Chinese expression that says: if you don't have the money to buy the fuel don't go for the (to buy) car!
Would you give us some discount?
Unfortunately the prices are fixed and even-though if there is a discount already, this question still remains: can we have more discount please!
Can someone else do the payment instead of me?
Yes and please inform us who has paid instead of you and what is the invoice number or ask him/her to send us the bank receipt!
Repairs & Supports
Do the package/plan prices include the parts if something needs to be changed?
No. If we do not pay for the parts need to be changed, but if you are living in Thailand, Finland, Norway and Sweeden we can provide you the parts and post them for you but you have to pay for both part and the shipping.
If there is a phone call required who pays for it?
If we decide that there is a phone conversation required then we will contact you on the phone on our cost but if you make a phone call according to your own decision then we do not accept to pay for your phone bill
Do we have to pay again if the issue with our device still exist and we need you to check it again?
If it is the very same problem that you have had before and we have solved it already , then you should not pay again, but if the same problem comes to you after 3 months, the answer is yes!

What is the meaning of buying a new PC from you and getting ONE YEAR free support?
If we buy and assemble a PC for you then we also give you a Medium Plan support for your PC for free, it means that you will also get a free online support for your computer from us
What is the difference between buying an assembled computer though you and buying a ready computer from the shops?
Buying the computer from us not only saves you %20 to %30 of the market price, but also it gives you the ability to upgrade your PC whenever you want and in most cases it is much faster than the computers you could buy for the same paid prices of the market!
How much money do we have to spend for a computer?
To assemble a PC, we will first ask you to fill a form that contains questions regarding to your computer needs; it means that what do you want the computer for? To read the news only or to play new games online or ... Then according to your needs from a computer we will decide that which computer specs suite you the best and of-course we will also give you the options to choose.
Who will have to pay the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is on the customers(you).
How long the shipment takes time?
It takes us 2 working days assemble a new PC for you and the shipment depends on your budget and your location. If you choose the express post it takes 1 to 3 working days, but if you choose the normal post it usually takes 2 weeks to 18 days.
